1) Basic Function &
scope
Key basic function and scope include:
• Direct & supervise ELV engineers providing expertise and ensures the application of correct standards in the design and development of projects associated with gas processing, production and export.
• Responsible for basic ELV design, selection of components, bill of material, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and arrangement drawings for use in manufacturing of Telecom, CCTV, PA, F&G, nurse call system, SMATV, Security access control system, IPCS, Audio visual system and lighting control system.

2) Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of this position include:
• To develop and ensure that high-class ELV engineering specifications, standards, and procedures are delivered and applied by Consultants/ Contractors on all phases of the Projects.
• To review and approve engineering design activities performed by EPC Contractor and Consultants for all ELV generation and distribution systems related activities.
• To ensure uniformity and standardization compatibility at optimum levels in design and engineering in all phases of the project and update company
Specifications by incorporating the lessons learned.
• To audit installations during construction, witness Factory and Site
Acceptance Tests, pre-commissioning and commissioning of equipment / systems and assures that the installation / performance are in accordance with specifications.
• To witness and approve the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for major ELV equipment.
• Follow up with the EPC contractor construction planning and progress on daily basis.
• Support the effort of resolving the pending and punched items during project stages.
• Fully understands the company HSE policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to area of responsibility. Ensures that work under control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Follow up with the EPC contractor construction planning and progress on daily basis.
• Ensure safe, economic and technically sound decisions related to area of responsibility during the EPC phase.
• Provide on-site ELV engineering consultation during construction, precommissioning & commissioning stage.
• Participate in training & development of assigned UAE national employees in the project.
• Perform additional work activities as directed by line manager.

MEP project coordinator

1/Responsible to carry out the activities as per specified milestone.
2/Liase with different disciplines.
3/Follow up the site progress, track material delievery at site as well as installation/erection in the site.
4/Attend factory acceptance test and conduct site acceptance test as per approved test reports.
5/ Review, report and originate design documents as well as drawings as per companies design basis.
6/Supervise through construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of equipment as per contract.
7/Responsible of preparation and handing over of final dossier, O&M and data sheets to maintenance department upon project completion.
8/Coordinate with suppliers/procurement for B.O.Q .
9/Review P.O. against project drawings/schedules/submittals to verify material

Electrical engineer

1. Design of Electrical system (switch gear, transformer, cables, pumps, generators ) as per project load requirement.
2. Selection of manufacturer and supplier .
3. Attend FAT (Factory acceptance test) test of Electrical equipment as per project quality requirement .
4. Conduct site acceptance tests to comply with product quality standards.
5. Follow project approved ITP (Inspection Test Plan ) of every activity up to commissioning stage.
6.responsible for maintaining project planning package as well as milestone .
