• Supervising Operation Team to meet customers and company’s expectations.
• Costing, Quotation, Invoicing for Domestic and International Bids.
• Import and Exports Operational (Air/Road/ Ocean)
• Freight Forwarding Operations (Air/Ocean/Road).
• GCC Road Export and Import Operations.
• Follow up with brokers (All Saudi Ports).
• Identifying and building strong network of overseas partners and agents worldwide.
• Random visits to clients and close relationship with customers and vendors.
• Monitoring competitors and formulating sales and marketing strategies and establish new service to market
to potential clients.
• Responsible for complete Air & Ocean Import Clearance Operations.
• Review Reports of Air & Ocean Imports on daily basis.
• Manage Air & Ocean Import Teams.
• Responsible for Global Communication.
• Coordination and liaison between customers and in-house execution team. keeping both ends fully
updated and prepared for new developments.

• Fumigation, Packing, Storage/Warehousing arrangements.
• Costing, Quotation, Invoicing for Domestic and International Bids.
• Handling all modes of Temporary / Repair & Return Shipments with tracking Sheet.
• Follow up with brokers (All Saudi Ports).
• Daily reports to customer with day to day periodical shipping updates.
• Advising customers and Preparing documents for custom clearance (Export & Import)
• Identifying and building strong network of overseas partners and agents worldwide.
• Random visit to clients and close relationship with customers and vendors.
• Monitoring competitors and formulating sales and marketing strategies and establish new service to market to potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED::

• Administrative and logistic duties with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment.
• Registering the import and export shipments for controlling their tractability & filing.
• Maintains up-to-date management manuals, directives, and organizational charts for the Executive and
keeps them informed of the changes/latest revisions.
• Daily follow-up with freight forwarder / clearing agent about import/export shipments.
• Tracking shipments using right tool.
• Maintain all kind of shipping documents.
• Preparing the weekly/monthly report and submitting to the department heads.
• Organizing the documents of QA/QC According to the document reference number.

RESPONSIIBIILIITIIES HANDLED::
• Preparing offers / quotations / Invoicing.
• Follow up with offers with international as well as domestic vendors.
• Submitting GCC tenders and regular follow up on our bids.
• All kind of Domestic and GCC tenders.
