Monitoring the work flow to ensure all activities are carried out efficiently and accurately.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to reduce the waiting time of trucks at site.
Route shipments in case to case basis to ensure maximum value to clients.
Develop Solid relationship with carriers to execute service and savings agreements.
Monitor and assess key performance indicators and maintain control over route planning, Delivery and collection scheduling.
Check the volume of exports and arrange the vehicle for dispatch.
Assist the logistics supervisors/manager in day to day operations and departmental procedures to coordinate with supplier and internal departments.
Ensuring all the inbound cargo arrivals are de-stuffed within the agreed standards
Responsible to maintain the stock movement registers of all incoming & outgoing transactions.
To maintain occupational health and safety standards within the warehouse.
Ensure all management decisions and briefings are communicated in an effective manner to the staff.
Preparing Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and other shipping documents Receive and process incoming and outgoing mails & correspondence.
Performing any other duty that may be needed by the Department within the overall administrative scope of work.
Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters, messages or other forms of communication
Checking all outgoing stocks to ensure that they are in good condition and make sure that all documents are accurately signed for proper documentation.
