Handled all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for process, utilities and offsite of large refinery/gas processing facilities. And high rise, multistoried buildings, villas, malls and industries.
Knowledge of pre-commissioning procedures and operating manuals for various units.
Participation and contribution in safety reviews, punch listing and plant test run.
Monitor the HSE performance of all commissioning Contractors in the area and to ensure that all work sites under his control are operating in a safe manner.
Interface with Operations and project team on reviews, preparation and implementing the plan for station or part of station start-up and shutdown.
Review marked-up as built drawings of the completed construction before commissioning and handover to Operations. Highlight any deviations from the original design to the Head of Construction.
Manage, lead and guide Vendor representatives and specialist commissioning engineers
Interface with multidiscipline team, E&P contractor, construction contractor and Vendors.
