Presently working in Nigeria for 20 years in the various Comcraft Group of Companies:
IN NIGERIA: Out of almost 20 years (entirely in same Group) of work in Nigeria, for last 16 years, had been MOST SUCCESSFULLY TURNING AROUND THE FINANCIALS OF THE COMPANIES AND THEIR OPERATIONS - reviving to the sound financial health from acute sickness and led them to the sound and progressive path. FIRST THE PGN LTD and then ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS LTD, has been led to the path of growth in their operations and also positioned them on appreciable financial soundness as CEO.
1. Comcraft Services Ltd. (A MULTINATIONAL GROUP BASED IN LONDON) - NIGERIAN OPERATIONS: Since July 1995 16 Yrs.
Worked with this Group having its presence across the Globe and having about 35 units in Nigeria alone with a turn over of about USD 500M or say about Naira 80B, in its different units/Companies.
1. ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS LTD. - General Manager: CEO 2015 Onwards
• Transferred in 2015, again in ARCO, used to be a sound company in 2011, during my tenure 2006-2011, now turned a sick Industrial Company, accumulating huge secured and unsecured debts.
• Trying various models for its success and trying to achieve operational viability.
2. MIDLAND GALVANISING PRODUCTS LTD. -
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Sept 2012- Jan 2015
• Had been working as an “Executive Director” for Midland Galavnising Products Ltd. (MIDGAL), in Nigeria, in one of the Comcraft Group of Companies for last two and a half years.
4. Comcraft Group - Nigerian Operations: Continued for 16 Years:
1995- 2011
• Worked with this Group having its presence across the Globe with 35 units in Nigeria alone, having a turnover of about USD 500M or say about Naira 100 B, in its different units/Companies.
• SPECIALLY, FIRST THE PGN LTD and then ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS LTD, both has been led to the path of growth in their operations positioning them on appreciable financial soundness as CEO.
(i) ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS LTD. - General Manager: CEO:
Period -5 Yrs. (2006-2011)
• Led and managed the two units -ARCO ENGG and ARCO FOAM of the company, highly successfully.
• Transferred to the company in order to stabilize the operations as well as improve the financial performance. In a span of two years, the company’s turnover has grown by almost 150% achieving thereby the financial success of the company. The foam unit which had been limping for last 5 years was then led to the road map of success.
(ii) PGN LTD., ABA, NIGERIA - Managing Director: CEO: Period -5 Yrs. (2001-2006)
• Transferred from Tower Aluminium Group, in 2001 end, to head this company as Managing Director.
• This company had also been losing for some years which continued even after taking up new activity - Long Span Roofings till 2001. I have been able to turn around the operations achieving the tremendous growth in last 5 years. The significant success in its operations led to put up another Roofing Division in Akwa Ibom State in 2005.
• Turnover growth from 2001 - 2006: from USD 0.50M to USD 13M (in Naira terms from 46M to 1, 700M).

(iii) TOWER ALUMINIUM GROUP OF COMPANIES IN NIGERIA-
Financial Controller: Period -5 Yrs. (1995-2001)
in various Group Companies and various places: - 6 Yrs.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director and creating value for shareholders, by providing the vision, leadership, strategy and management skills necessary to position the Companies’ into financially enviable position.
Development, of business plans and strategies, review, monitoring and executing the plans to achieve financial success of the Companies.
Ensuring revenue growth and profit margins in order to assure company’s growth, incessantly.
• Presently transferred in 2015, again in ARCO, used to be a sound company in 2011, during my tenure 2006-2011, now turned a sick Industrial Company, accumulating huge secured and unsecured debts.
• Trying various models for its success and trying to achieve operational viability.
• The Company is Comcraft Group Company in Nigeria and therefore I’m given the responsibility to manage this Company through an internal transfer.
Achieved reduction in expenses, managed to thin down the structure, in order to continue to operate under the present harsh economic environment.
• Earlier, after returning from Nigeria in August 2011, worked as VICE PRESIDENT briefly, at Bajaj Steel industries Ltd., Nagpur to head their MIDC manufacturing unit.
• Achieved highest turnover during my brief stay, employing proper managerial capabilities. Left on my own accord. Sept 2011 to Dec2011.
* Established operational efficiency, guiding and arranging the resources in right time, have posted the highest turn over during my stay.
• In case of Superpack, the turnover had increased manifold in course of 3-4 years i.e. starting from Rs.8 Crores to Rs.18crores. Production capacities continued to improve to meet the demand.
• Handled various new and expansion projects in respect of their financing and implementation. SPECIALLY NOTEWORTHY IS COMPLETE FINANCING OF BAJAJ DHATU UDYOG.
• Financing involved from All India Institutions including IDBI, ICICI, and IFCI. Also interacted with State Level Institutions in M.P. and Maharashtra.
• Various Projects completed successfully.
Its a technical degree equivalent to Chem. Engineering specialized in Textile Chemistry. A three year degree course after completing the science graduation i.e. B. Sc. Passed with First Class.
Completed The Graduation securing 2nd rank in the University.
