• Pre award Desk Review of Applications submitted by CSOs, NGOs for grants assistance.
• Conduct Institutional Assessment of applicant and technical viability of Project.
• Review and analyze grantee schedule along with interpreting project plans and specifications for local codes.
• Post award Field Monitoring and Quality Assurance.
• Design all work plans and identify and resolve project related issues in field and coordinate with grantee to ensure quality, time frame and cost effectiveness according to schedule.
• Document all field activities and perform regular inspection to check progress of all projects.
• Desk review of small scale construction projects.
• Design, Drawings and Cost Analyses of projects.
• Managing the Community infrastructure projects program area in AJK.
• Assist to Regional Engineer in planning strategies for Implementation of projects.
• Develop strategies to meet project schedules and budgets in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Assists community Organization in identifying sustainable and equitable infrastructure projects of their need on participatory basis.
• Assess feasible civil design options for projects along with calculations.
• Prepare design, drawing and civil engineering calculations documents.
• Preparation of design and cost estimates of schemes.
• Managing the Community infrastructure Schemes in program area.
• Reporting of Field Activities under Project to EC and CPRU.
• Monitoring of field activities and quality assurance of civil works.
• Assist regional manager in project planning and sectorial planning.
• Prepare design drawing and civil engineering calculations documents.
• Monitor the ongoing work in the field and prepare the case studies.
• Perform overall systems design and engineering tasks meeting specifications and standards of a project.
• Assist project managers in day-to-day tasks.
