Sub: Having 14 years of Experience in Facilities Management, Seeking a position for Project Manager

KAFD-DMC as a FM Manager from 10th April-2021 to Present
• Day to day operation of providing Hard & soft services such as MEP, housekeeping, Laundry, Nanny, baby sitters and Guest services.
• Reviewing the Mobilization plan and providing the feedback to management
• Study the Service provider contract agreement and align the works as per contract
• Ensuring the SP performing the site job as per code & standard
• Ensuring all buildings meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Preparing the KPI for Service provider
• Managing Project, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors
• Conducting the weekly meeting with SP and SP reflect the discussed point in MOM (Minutes of meeting), Tracking the progress by weekly meeting
• Monitor & tracking the service request created status and discussed with team, close, open & under plan percentage
• Inspect work performance to ensure that, it meets the client/Customer specification and established level of service required (SLR).
• Assigning designated employee as per service level agreement.
• Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
• Plan and prepare the employee work schedules, assists with housekeeping and cleaning duties as necessary
• Investigate on complaints and initiates corrective measures
• Justifying the quality & quantity of performances
• Planned the strategy to ensure efficient management of assets- Managed, maintained and supported the reliability of system, equipment, properties and asset in facility.
• Managed Contractor, subcontractor, Procurement functions and provided support for facility’s budgets
• Uphold and monitor customer satisfaction survey to provide feedback through CAFM Software
• Ensure the facility is always in compliance with OSHA and EHS regulations
• Comprehensive reporting to client and direct manager on monthly & weekly basis
• Ensure to support bidding technically and commercial for variations with KAFD and new business as well
• Participating in any FM audits and enquiries.
• Coordinating any office relocations, openings and refits.
• Carrying out daily, monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance checks.
Technical Skill:
• Preparing & Reviewing the scope of work
• Prepare the PPM Check list
• Prepare & review the PPM schedule
• Reviewing the technical report from contractor and preparing the KAFD technical report
• Reviewing the different incident report and providing the feedback if required
• Reviewing the technical and commercial proposal received from contractor
• Review the PPM conducted by contractor
• Conducting the PPM audit
