As Global Process Manager, I am responsible to manage IHS Towers global process transformation of Operations, Asset Management & Real Estate business function, reporting IHS Global Process Owner (GPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
▪Responsible for coordinating the business transformation program of IHS with system Integrators, SAP and ServiceNow consulting team in order to transform the organization business processes and implement SAP ERP and strategic digital technologies & tools.
▪Working collaboratively with the CTO, GPO, and Senior Managers of the across business function in each IHS operating country and putting together the strategy, approach, and proposal to meet the objective of business to be a centralized global operating organisation (People, Process & System) covering all the operating country policies, principles, compliance and regulations in place enabling globalisation and localization association of the business transformation.
▪Participate and govern process management and process optimization activities, driving standardization, simplification, and automation across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Operations & Real Estate across the IHS Group and ensuring that relevant stakeholders are consulted and trained to operate process changes.
▪Working in collaboration with IT and Business to compile, analyse and present data, findings, design/review Process Model/Map, review transition and migration approach from legacy system (Dynamics 365 and other systems) to new systems (SAP ERP, ServiceNow other systems).
