• Manage steel rebar inventory across 6 size variants (10-32mm) with a combined site volume of 500+ tons — daily
consumption tracked via dedicated yard labour with documented issuance records.
• Built and maintain a calibration tracking system covering all inspection-interval instruments on site: light meters, heat meters,
torque wrenches, total stations, auto levels, gauges, and manifolds — ensuring zero lapsed calibration on quality-critical
equipment.
• Developed and maintain a PPE activity tracker with 7, 000+ log entries recording issuance to every employee by item, date,
and quantity — supported by a parallel hard-copy verification system for full dual-trail accountability.
• Developed a local N-series store coding system for non-inventory materials lacking ERP codes — enabling full traceability for
items otherwise invisible to the system.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 10 store personnel including one Assistant Store Keeper — trained all staff on issuance
procedures, voucher filing, and sheet-based tracking systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material-consumption reports for management review using Oracle ERP and Excel;
coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

• Managed storage of waterproofing membranes, protecting materials from heat and UV exposure.
• Handled and stored gas cylinders in full compliance with KSA safety standards.
