• Conducting monthly portable appliances test (PAT) and issuing new inspection date and
expiry date.

• Issuing PPEs to the employees when in need by letting them sign the PPE's requisition
issuance form to keep tracking the Issuance date.
• Maintaining all necessary records and other documents related to Integrated Management
System and conducting regular audits to ensure that all the requirements of the standard are
implemented.
• Doing weekly & monthly KPI for all required documents.
• Ensuring all safety training is carried out and induction programmes for new employees
includes a thorough QHSE element
HSEQ management system.
• Incident investigation.
• Job Safety analysis.
• Finding Hazards, risk assessment and report documentation.
• Prepare reports on violations of safety.
• Site inspection, surveillance and supervision.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly site inspection reports and checklists.
• Training personnel on safety as per needs.
• Issuing and monitoring hot work permits for confined spaces and non-routine hot works.
• Using MX6 and MX4 gas detectors for chemical tanks and monitoring the atmosphere
changes.

• Advice solutions and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
• Tracking calibration dates of the maintenance ITEMS, MACHINES, GAUGES, SCBA cylinders,
Gas detectors and extinguishers.
• Tracking PPE and first aid boxes efficiency.
• Using High pressure comparator device to calibrate pressure gauges.
• Maintaining and ensuring implementation of the integrated management system
organization covering the international standards as per ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001
(health and safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental), (ILO Standards), (HSE Standards), (OSHA
Standards), (NEBOSH Standards), (NFPA), (SA Safety Regulation Standards), and Aramco
Standard
