At KAMCO for General Contracting, my role has been a continuous climb, leveling up from foundational administrative tasks to managing critical project operations.
My journey felt like a true professional grind, where I had to master the basics before tackling the complex, high-stakes challenges:

The Foundation: I started with the necessary, repetitive work meticulously organizing invoice names, verifying delivery notes, and populating Excel sheets to establish a baseline of data accuracy.

The Systematization: I leveled up by designing a centralized tracking system for Purchase Orders and invoice quantities, ensuring every cent matched our agreed unit rates.

The Operational Shift: I moved into high-impact management, overseeing the entire scaffolding lifecycle, calculating labor costs through complex timesheet consolidation, and auditing material efficiency by comparing concrete and rebar site consumption against deliveries.

The Responsibility Peak: The most challenging phase involved taking full ownership of the end-to-end invoice approval workflow in ePROMIS during leadership absences, ensuring project liquidity remained stable.

The Integration: I solidified my expertise by managing the Request for Materials (RFM) and Goods Receiving Note (GRN) cycles, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy, and eventually bridging the gap into technical territory by supporting the CAD team with as-built drawings, reaching out to suppliers for MTCs, Order numbers, coordinating with site drivers to pickup material.

This progression wasn't just about finishing tasks; it was about evolving from simple data entry into a role where I actively safeguarded project liquidity and operational efficiency.

• Supervised and inspected civil works such as raft foundation construction, hollow block slab formwork and
reinforcement.
• Prepared full BOQ and performed detailed quantity take-off for a residential villa project.
• Prepared construction documentation and project reports.
• Actively supported the site team in ensuring quality and timeline compliance.
