I launched 4 of the 5 companies I lead. As for Medela I re-launched its operations in Jordan.

My aim was to work effectively, vigorously, and smart to capture market share of more than 15% in the first year.

I relied on the good reputation of the Aleiman CO. in Jordanian market especially with pharmacists. Where I built on success already made. My plan was implemented as following :

•I made sure all agreements with new partners oversees are based on win-win situation. This will ensure competitive importing prices, and lower costs of shipment, In addition to Maximum support possible. I managed to get support either in terms of FOCs, credit terms, marketing tools, speakers, conferences, and many other items.

•Pricing is very sensitive issue where I took many factors into consideration in order to make sure that we can penetrate market smoothly. Among factors I used market size, competitor prices, and our strategic plan.

•In order to make sure maximum profit, instead of hiring a new sales team mainly for the new opportunities. I introduced new incentive scheme for available sales team plus training, and other sales tools like contracts, and extra incentives to customers.

•Almost every quarter we launched a new company, and each time we offered the right marketing tools to edge the company from competitors.

As an example Rossmax at its launch I gave all customers a lifetime guarantee. It was a calculated risk where the norm is 2- 5 years.

But the results were quick, and beyond expectations. This tactic plus unique stands, and competitive bonuses, Rossmax achieved sales of 1 million USDs. With a 3rd rank in Jordanian market.


•Among other responsibilities is agreeing annual budgets, and producing detailed annual business operating plan, as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits, and cash.

In the first year a net profit of 14% was achieved.
In 2018 the expected growth is almost 70% moneywise. With a net profit expected around 36%.

•Produce business performance reports, on a monthly basis.

•Implement brand strategies.

•Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.

•Daily contact with clients, and communicate effectively with each internal, and external partner.

•To make sure all logistics operations including stock, shipment of goods, and customs are finalized smoothly with the lowest cost.

•To continuously communicate with companies, and urge them for more alliance campaigns that will help boost our efforts to succeed.

Here I would like to share a brief of some companies I lead:

•Bionime


An innovative company in area of Blood sugar monitoring devices. It has an alliance with General Electric in USA to produce GEs blood sugar monitors.

In only 2 years I managed to rank among top 5 companies in a very crowded Jordanian Market.

Also I won the tender of MOH in 2018.
