•Technical and operation leader for the special process.
•Ownership for coating cell: tool preparation, material, on time delivery and asset utilization.
•Lead the coating cell operations team, including day to day management of people.
• Own the production schedule and deliver the workload forecast in line with customer requirements and the new demand.

•Own and qualified chemical stripping of S1 Nozzle and S1 Blades.
•Drafted work instruction.
•Managed communication among internal cells to ensure effective support and customer satisfaction.
•Worked as Project management to install coating cells and managed a network of resources (contractors and third-party resources) in support of project execution.
•Managed and completed the projects within the budget and timeline
•Provide and direct the performance of quality to employees in assigned areas.
· Issue inspection report, repair plan and completion reports.
· Leading inspection and coating section.
· Prepare plans to perform inspection, overhaul and repair/maintenance of stationary or rotating mechanical equipment that are used in the power generation or petrochemical.
· Translation of customer documents (GE Proposal or Customer's Specification) to define works cope requirements and clarification of customer questions and disseminate the results to Engineering.
· Expose to customer questions related to technical quires or business objective.
· Use GE Power Generation Engineering tools to support preparation of customer responses.
· Update drawings, bill of materials and other relevant documentation as required.
· Take repair changes in accordance with company system.
Bachelor of science degree in Applied Mechanical Engineering with a GPA 2.725/4. · Work individually or within teamwork. · Worked well with paperwork & computer.
