and accurate reflection of financial transactions in the company's
records and ledgers.
Conduct thorough reviews and validations of tax invoices to ensure
compliance with tax regulations, accuracy in reporting, and proper
documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements, ensuring precision and
adherence to accounting principles and reporting standards.
Analyze financial data and transactions to identify trends, discrepancies,
or anomalies, providing valuable insights for decision-making, financial
planning, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards while preparing financial reports.

- Analyzes transactions based on accounting documents and writes accounting entries using given COA codes.
- Gets all accounting documents regularly (such as invoices, advice, instructions, statements, reports, etc) and ensures that all accounting documents are signed and supported as required before proceeding further.
- Monitor all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities and ensure Tax practices.
- Posts all cash and general accounting entries (including Stores auto-entries) to the books of accounts, updates these entries upon getting approval, and, if applicable, sends the debit or credit advice to concern parties.
- Prepare computation or analyses in support of monthly
amortization/depreciation/accrual/provision entries.
