Responsibilities and experience at (Safeer 2 and DailyPay) projects:
•Help in developing and executing the overall Quality Assurance strategy for web applications.
•Heavily participating in testing and launching “Safeer 2 program” within Tatweer Education Technologies Company plan for improving and enhancing Safeer Program.
•Thoroughly reviewed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for 20 major services (Change University, Reward Students Scholarship, Repeat Academic Year, …etc) and provided comments and questions to be addressed.
•Create comprehensive test cases on Jira to ensure the coverage over user stories
•Help developers with analysis and solving problems.
•Conduct test cases peer-review and provide comments and feedback.
•Execute designed test cases within multiple rounds of testing to govern minimum testing acceptance criteria.
•Report detailed defects (including screenshots, videos, …etc) through Jira with linking each defect with related test cases/ user stories.
•Conduct regression testing through defects verification process.
•Participate in designing new defect workflow.
•Manage small teams (2-3 team members) during tight schedules including weekends by distributing the test executions and defects verification tasks based on availability to achieve deadlines.
•Collaborate with team members to share knowledge regarding issues and corresponding resolutions or workarounds.
•Heavily participating in testing and launching "DailyPay program" a financial platform that enables employees and contractors to access their earned wages, for web application and mobile app
•Thoroughly reviewed User stories and tasks for partner portal and reporting bugs on Jira
•Create a comprehensive test scenarios / test cases on the google sheet to ensure the coverage of user stories
•Write and Execute automation scenario using IntelliJ, BrowserStack, and Xcode
•scrum meeting with DailyPay team and Join in meetings with a client
•Sprint process: join to retro and grooming and planning meeting and create a summary sprint sheet and list down all user stories for review and script all the user stories
•Performed various types of testing, including: functional, smoke, regression and sanity

Responsibilities and experience at (Acorna ERP System, Mukalmat, Best Rent A Car) projects:
•Help in developing and executing the overall Quality Assurance strategy for ERP products, Web sites and Mobile Applications.
•Document the new processes, training and workflows and assist in Testing of ERP.
•Create and execute test cases.
•Applying different types of testing (Smoke, Regression, etc...).
•Finding bugs and reporting them into the bug tracking system (BTS).
•Reviewing projects documents.
•Writing and creating user manuals.
•Help developers with analysis and solving problems.
•Collaborate with team members to share knowledge regarding issues and corresponding resolutions or workarounds.
