1. we launched transmission repair salon in workshop and repair CVT and 4AT type of transmission. Every day repaired 12 automatic transmissions in this salon, by launch this salon every month we have more than 400.000 $ income increase.
2. We Launched Painting and body repair salon in workshop, we installed painting and color drying room, by started this job we increase profit more than 30.000$.
3. We launched quick service salon in workshop and we do the service of vehicles less than 1 hours. Every day we have more than 30 vehicles for quick service.
4. We launched a mobile app for after-sales service and central workshop to improve and increase customer satisfaction index (CSI).
5. We launched and start cost and profit management system.by this system, every person has a profit and cost target for each day and month. Payment of personnel salaries is calculated from this system.
6. We launched customer follow up system for increase CSI.

7. Standardization of the central workshop and gaining 5 consecutive years Rank 1 of the Iranian Quality and Standard Inspection Company (ISQI).
8. Upgrading the training level of the technical and staff of the central workshop from the Certified level to the Master level in Kia Motors Co.
9. Prepared and sanded QIR (Quality Information Report) and TSB (troubleshooting Bolton reports) to Kia Motors company.
