Duties & Responsibility :
• Preparation of preventive maintenance plan & schedule check lists for all Equipment in the all factories (Knitting-Garment-dyeing-printing-finishing-Inspection) and it is auxiliaries such as: Electric power station, water treatment station, compressed air station, steam boilers, Gas station.
• Supervising and coaching a team of maintenance and ensure a safe and effective work done during execution of maintenance programs.
• Follow up the troubleshoot problems repair works and analyze the reasons of breakdown and improve the preventive maintenance plan if necessary to avoid the same failure in the future.
• Manage the preventive maintenance plans, and operating maintenance procedures for improving the production facilities & reliability of planning department.
• Recoding the production machines breakdown to get the performance of the all production machines and maintenance team every month (KPI).
• Follow up the maintenance repair works and improve the maintenance procedure to save the time & the effort and the cost.
• Control and update all engineering and technical documents &drawing.
• Ability to build up the spare parts strategies for all equipment and also estimate the total cost of replacement of all spare parts required for the plant per year.
• Responsible for any modification or any new installation in the all factories.
• Responsible for providing leadership and direction for the maintenance team and also responsible for maintenance team training, rotations, vacations and overtime.
• Experienced in working with British standard & TS16949 Standard and ISO18001, ISO9001.
Execution of all Electrical works of the Project BK-1 including the Outdoor lighting, also Installation of two Generation station (one mega volt /each), Main Distribution Boards, Pillars, Irrigation Pumps, and Electrical Cables Laying in Trench, termination, joining and testing.
Supervision of Electrical construction activities of contractors During Installation of various projects, such as (Blue speckles, Green speckles, Lab. upgrade, Debanol, GD2 Base) and also sharing the pre-commissioning & commissioning of all these projects, the responsibility of review the drawing, specs, and follow the project time schedule, prepare all document control procedures & system documentation for all the projects and providing technical support for electrical maintenance department
Execution of all Electrical installation in various high quality building ( Movepick Golf Hotel, International Conference Room and 22 Villas) including Substation, power and lighting system, low current system, BMS. (First project)
: Supervision of Electrical Installation work of painting shop, assembling shop, testing shop, spare parts warehouse, and administration building in Mercedes Benz Factory Located in 6 th of Oct. City .(second project)
: Execution of all Electrical Installation work in Dying, Printing, Weaving and twisting Factories under supervision of Korean expert also sharing design and review drawing & specs. With the consultant office.
