 Administration and control of Poly Clinics as Admin In-charge & HR of Employees Contributory Health Schemes, attending to patients request for medical advice & claims, insurance claims, lab tests, coordination with Doctors and Super Specialists of Multispecialty Hospitals & Healthcare, billings and payments, referral of patients to Hospitals & monitoring of treatment & cost involved.
 Monitoring of Financial control and accounting, leave policy of employees & staff and benefits.
 Human Resources Management, principles & procedures of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations, negotiation, and personnel information system.
 Administration & Management of key business management principles involved in strategic planning, human resources modelling, leadership, production, coordination of people & resources.
 Knowledge of laws, court procedures, precedents, regulations, executive orders, rules, & processes.
 Prepare source documentation, new hires, pay rolls, benefits, establish & maintain controlling personnel, employees, recruitment relations, medical records, and files.
 Assisting with on boarding of employees in the Clinics, records updating as per policy & practices
