Key Result Areas:
• Managing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment till exit of the employees.
• Involved in recruitment activities starting from advertising the vacancies, initial screening of CV, scheduling interviews,
preparing offer letters, documentation for the visa issuance.

health card renewal status, confidential reports, leave and absenteeism records etc.
• Scanned and hard copies of documents are filed in the concerned folders electronically to ensure historical data and
supporting documents are available for the department for reference and audit requirements.
• Meeting with and encouraging communication between employees, managers to improve Employee relations.
• Organizing the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers in setting up individual and departmental
objectives, preparing appraisal reports.
• Assists the HR Manager in the re-imbursement / payment of Employee Benefits - Education Allowance, and National ID Re-
Imbursements etc.
• Preparing and calculating the entire Payroll/WPS process for 1000 plus employees and handing over to accounts for final
processing.
• Calculating the full and final settlement of the employees including leave salary and End of service benefits as per the UAE
Labor law
• Coordinating Exit interview processes.
• Key Person in the implementation of HR software (HRMS) by providing initial inputs that needed for the implementation
pertaining to recruitment, compensations, settlements and leave salary.
