Responsible to maintain the cost control system during the execution of the project by timely preparation of the weekly cost reports (planned and actual - commitment versus expenditure), variation reporting, monitoring of milestones progress to generate invoices and to maintain the positive cash flow in project. 2. Able to align labor cost with baseline schedule labor work hours and align the forecasted cost with the remaining to complete schedule labor work hours as the project progresses 3. Understand the company and project specific cost procedures and carry out all work in accordance with these. 4. Reviewing cost commitment and expenditure information for all cost elements, for input to the cost control deliverables and reporting system on a consistent basis and ensuring that all information received is accurate and correctly input 5. Ensuring that the work executed is aligned to the quotation in terms of materials, man-hours and sub-contractors. Producing regular cost reports and advising management of any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner. 6. Highlighted cost areas of concern and suggesting areas of improvement 7. Apply Strong analytical skills that will allow proper assessments of projects to identify potential issues. In addition be able to support development and recommend solutions via communication and support with Project Management Analyse quotation and break it down to Labour, materials and sub-contractors per trade. 8. Preparation of project cash flow

1 Key responsibility to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. 2 Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc 3 Perform and manage project activity scheduling, cost control and monitoring 4 Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work. 5 Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients • 6 Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget 7 Monitoring Fabrication, installation, Erection & testing activities of trades 8 Project Plan of fabrication activities from Engineering, marking cutting & fit up welding & Erection of all pile cluster
