Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of STP & TSE Package with 38000 m3/day water treatments & Storage capacity with MBR technology. For Client ALDAR Properties with Project Management by KBR and Consultant HALCROW and MOTT Mac-Donald from ADSSC side.
* Project P- 2569 Saadiyat Island Link Project, Abu Dhabi. Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of STP and TSE Package with 16500 m3/day water processing capacity with MBR technology. For client TDIC (Tourism Development Investment Council) & Main Contractor Leighton contracting (Abu Dhabi) LLC.
* Project P- 118036 The Tiger Woods Dubai - STP & TSE Polishing Plant. For client TATWEER & Project Management by Confluence and Consultant Khatib & Alami Consolidated Engineering Company.
* Project G- 4053 Three (3) Package Fast Track STPs for Al Ain, Abu Dhabi for the client ADSSC and consultant Maunsell. The Project involved erection of three 5000 m3/day waste water treatment plants in the existing waste water pumping stations (W1, N1 & PS1) Al Ain. The project involved excavations from 2.5 meters to 10 meters dept in the desert, NDRC, valve chambers for HDPE pipe line, erection of submersible pumps in wet well with H2S environment. And was responsible for ensuring that all safety programs and procedures of the client are adhered and implemented, according to site conditions and requirement. Address issues concerning Project safety & observe site monitoring. Co-ordinate with the client and Consultant safety Representatives and liaise with the concerned Authorities and facing the HSE related Audits.
JAN 2006 to July 2007: As Safety Engineer for POWER & DESALINATION PLANT in (UAE)
• Understanding all aspects of PTW (Permit to Work) functions including job risk assessments and isolation risk assessments.
• Continually reviewing and restructuring PTW procedures to create functional systems which cause minimum delay to work progression.
• Coordinating permit systems from construction phase to commissioning and operations.
• Monitoring site visits to confirm that work practices match stipulated requirements and plant conditions.
• Studying system and work practices and addressing problem areas to improve methods.
• Recording activities and enabling document linking and storage as well as the historical tracing of all records. Creating written procedures and work scopes
