Filling operations and handling UHP Gases, Specialty gases, Industrial gases, Helium Gases, liquid helium, Hydrogen, Medical gases, ammonia, nitrous oxide, Acetylene cylinders, hydrocarbons, Petroleum gases and bulk liquid- Cylinders, Bulk tanks and ISO filling & trans filling.
•Pre-maintenance plan for all plant machineries or accessories to smooth operations of ammonia plant, medical filling facility, industrial gases filling plant, DOT approved Test shop, Laboratory, Cryogenic storage tanks, Tankers and ISO’s.
•Production/operations planning for approx... 2000 Cylinders/per day with multi gases, Multi gases mixtures and Cryogenic liquids.
•Maintain Plant safety as per HSE and UAE CIVIL defense norms.
•Safely & efficiently handling plant productions, Quality and operations with managing over 45 Nos. plant staff (Engineers, chemists, supervisors, technicians, fillers, plant security and plant helpers)
•Worked with plant design team from zero level (Initially planning) to present, P&ID review, engineering changes, tanks and plant equipment’s inspection at vendor site and attend ammonia filling plant Hazop meeting with iGas London (UK)
•Involve in cylinders, valves, liquid cylinders, plant equipment’s, quads/cylinder bundles, GC, Analyzers, others preparation & purchasing and help to set up all over plant with consultant and contractors.
•Over all plant commissioning, develop all plant checklists, operation and quality Procedure (SOP) for all plant.
•Working on new business expansions for New product developments, marine services (Offshore), Specialty gases and Specialty Chemicals Trans filling.
Hydrogen(Electrolysis) and Nitrogen Plant
Commissioning preparation for both plants. Develop SOP of start-up and shut down for Hydrogen plant.
Critical parameters and P&ID review, SOP for all process and operations for hydrogen plant. STORAGE TANK FARM AREA, Gases storage tanks, Semiconductor gases (N2, Argon, Co2, chloro silanes & others and cryogenic pumps.)
•Quality Control Laboratory.
Develop Quality control analysis SOP for chlorosilanes, hydrogen and all utilities Plant like DI water, waste water, boiler and others. Finding suitable vendor for QC lab arrangements, costing and estimating for lab. Equipment’s Like (GC, ICP, FTIR and other utilities lab equipment’s)
•IQC/FQC plan.
•Gases handling
In Electronic gases like Flammable, corrosive, toxic, pyrophoric and Inert gases supply through Gas cabinets and bulk
specialty gas system. Gas detection systems monitored by SCADA, different type of gas cylinders and containers handling. As an
220 TON PER DAY OXYGEN PLANT INSTALLED IN JINDAL STAINLESS LTD. AND 700 TON PER DAY OXYGEN PLANT INSTALLED IN ROURKELA STEEL PLANT with Project engineering team.
•Material storage and handling safely.
•Mechanical fabrication piping and erection (Distillation column, Heat exchangers, and outside structure of cold box.) As designed by Linde AG.
•Aluminum, SS and CS Piping and Piping supports according to P&ID and isometric Drg. (Inside and Outside of Cold Box) as designed by Linde AG.
•Quality of construction work and equipment’s as per procedures.
•Material incoming quality checking (IQC)
•Pressure Testing-Pressure Vessels and Piping (pneumatic test and hydrostatic test) after radiographic examination.
•Commissioning with distillation columns, heat exchangers, Adsorber vessels (PPU), direct cooler, evaporative cooler, vaporizers and other equipment’s of air separation plant.
Commissioning up to Performance Guaranty Test with commissioning team.
