• Meet the head office of consultants to give more education about the product and give the presentation needed and provide them with all document needed.
• Make sure the company is under the consultant and contractors vendor list.
• To establish a contact with government authorities and ministries to make sure the product is included in their vendor list and approval
• Study and analyse market potential of steel industry and what is the market share of galvanized and pre painted galvanized steel.
• Study and observe competitors activity in the region through market intelligence plan, and report that to management with recommended action plan.
• Set up strategy to increase company market share in the steel industry with an action plan to do that
• In charge of all sales activity in the region concerning project sales, and achieving the budget by driving all the technical sales teams to achieve their given monthly targets.
• In coordinating with marketing dept. set up and manage the market plan for the projects
• Keep direct contact with main contractors in the region and make sure they are satisfied and solve any problem which may affect our business with them, and provide them with the technical support needed.

• To run the business of the company by selling glass wool insulation and rock wool insulation in all Saudi Arabia and Yemen Markets with turnover than 40 million SAR .Through managing a 3 teams of sales engineers in western, central and eastern region plus Yemen market.
Self -started in KSA market and succeed to intrude a new product which was not exist in the Saudi market before, in presence of 2 big competitors in the market since 30 years and penetrated the market with a very reasonable figures from the first year, with 15% of market share.
Established within short period of time (within 6 months) a very reliable distributor’s network, and set up the distribution policy and the distributor’s agreement.
Established the sales team all over the kingdom, by recruiting them and choose the right person to the insulation industry, trained them and put them on the right track of the business,
