• Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR Division, including HR Services, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition while maintaining the FTE budget of AED 140M+ within the group.
• Direct day-to-day HR operations within the group to continuously optimize service efficiency and ensure exceptional employee experiences and adherence to SLA through ongoing digitalization projects and centralized group processes.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of employment laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements, to ensure consistently adhering to and govern by Federal, Free Zone, and Labor Laws.
• Conduct and monitor employee engagement surveys, employee satisfaction surveys, and HR Services feedback regularly by establishing action plans based on the results to address any issues and promote continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute employee engagement action plans and activities throughout the year. This includes RAKEZ Purpose and Culture initiatives, CEO Open Majlis events, Recognition Programs, and RAKEZ Clubs.
• Oversee all employee internal communication through consistent HR tone and character while ensuring the organizations guiding principles are embedded in all messaging.
• Lead and coach a dedicated team of HR professionals. Fostering collaboration, skill development, and high-quality service delivery to ensure an exceptional employee journey.
• Lead transformation projects such as HR Digitalization and HR BI dashboard to ensure continuous improvement to our HR processes based on the data trends.
