•Managing coordination with the QA/QC Manager to apply and develop internal engineering and construction standards, operating procedures, specifications and templates so that project delivery in time.
•Review and monitor project controls within KPIs
• Preparation of specifications and schedules of the items of electrical and mechanical works for projects and participation in the processing of tenders for projects.
• Conducting the necessary tests the primary and final delivery of various projects according to the BOQ specifications and plans.
• Carefully review tender shop drawings and assure that all material delivered meets site requirement in compliance to specification and approved material.
• Follow up and coordination with the other disciplines site engineers regarding any technical issues and construction problems at site.
• Supervise the team and coordinate their job tasks and outline a time table for their daily tasks and operation, maximize and utilize the efficiency of their outcome in terms of financial and technical.
• Supervise all internal and external construction activities of electrical and Low current systems for sites ( Internal & External lighting system - Normal Power & Mechanical Power Systems - Lightening Protection - Site Grounding - Electrical and low current networks - Elevators - Pumping Systems - Chillers - BMS - UPS - Fire Alarm - Communication - Access control - Audio and visual systems - Queuing System - .......etc).
• Managing the projects within the time plan and estimated budget.
• Reviewing plans, designs, and documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and
quality.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating
the engineering and technical operations.
• Estimating the costs of tools and materials for budget calculation and
preparing quantity surveys for purchasing the electric equipment.
• Supervise the electrician& handyman team and coordinate their job tasks and outline a time table for their daily tasks and operation, maximize and utilize the efficiency of their outcome in terms of financial and technical.
• Executing and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM) fand (CM)
• Establishes a cooperative team environment.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical and electronics systems.
• Identified and focuses project teams to achieve or exceed realistic milestones, objectives and providing performance feedback.
• Making (PM) preventive maintenance schedule for UPS, Generator, transformer, air circuit breaker and (CM) Corrective maintenance when needed.
• Ensuring all techniques, procedures, and designs meet National Electrical Code (NEC) appropriate compliance standards
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT
systems.

• Coordinate and maintain maintenance agreements and service contracts with integral telephone systems.
• Works as Control Engineer and technical maintenance for machines and troubleshooting problem of PLC and Control Devices of factory machines.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) for factory equipment’s.
• Preparation of reports related to work progress and budget.
