-I work as a manager of various construction projects, ranging from housing projects, landscaping, commercial complexes, recreational and educational projects, health centers, hospitality facilities, places of worship, large private residences, villas, and others.
-Follow up all work related to the implementation of projects, and communicate with all partners and stakeholders.
- Attending all periodic meetings and technical workshops - if any - to discuss progress in the implementation stages of projects.
Standing on all problems, identifying emerging risks, and developing the necessary solutions.
Ensure that the implementation phases of projects are carried out according to the schedule and in line with the approved budget.
My last job as a Senior Architect (Team Leader) was within the support team in the technical office of the project and the leadership of the architectural team in it and in the project site. In addition, I review, study and audit all architectural drawings and material submissions by contractors and ensure compliance with the approved technical specifications, Structural, electrical, mechanical, cadastral, topographic, hydrological, coordinate, etc.
-Visit the site of the project to see the extent of commitment in the implementation of shop drawings as well as finishing materials approved and ensures compliance with quality standards and requirements of the owner of the project and other stakeholders.
-Communicate with all contractors and suppliers of materials for the project and participate actively in the workshops of the project works, and attend all technical meetings to discuss the progress of these works.
-Communicate with the team of site engineers periodically and receive their reports, study, review, audit and discuss with them before submitting them to the director of the architectural department (if any) or else to the project manager.
