* Ensure a smooth front office operation in providing the highest level of comfort and hospitality to guest as per international standard (Waldorf = Astoria Collection) Thereby maximizing organizational profitability and guest satisfaction in an atmosphere of teamwork and high employee moral.
* Ensures prompt, courteous and accurate service to all guests, so as to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Directs the organization of work within the department including assignment, time schedule and vacation.
* Responsible for optimizing the sale of room inventory to achieve organizational productively.
* Constantly monitors key performance indicators for the department and takes corrective action.
* Ensure adherence to company and hotel policy by all departmental employees.
* Ensures safety and security of guest belongings (e.g. in luggage room, in safe deposit locker etc.)
* Ensure room folios are correctly maintained and payment received as per organizational standards.
* Responsible for adherence to all statutory requirements.
* Ensure guest privacy, security & safety at all times in the hotel.
* Ensure all the record & documents are maintained as per organizational requirements.
