Creating the HR filing system, HR forms (ex; leave forms, salary advance forms etc…)
Responsible for all employees related issues such as payroll processing, annual leaves, staff accommodations visas, Contracts, etc…
Administer & track the hiring process (ex; interviews, rejections, background checks, screening CV’s etc.)
with coordination of the management.
Update the administrative/employee database and keep track on all record of expiry dates and expenses pertaining to passports, health cards, labor cards, labor contracts, residence, visas, etc…
Maintain personnel records & prepare & administer all employee contracts.

Preparing MRF revising PO checking debit notes, delivery notes and Letter of Credits, updating comparison sheet and advice the accounting department accordingly for preparing checks or to be paid.
Human Resources department CUSTODY which I am in charge for controlling and preparing monthly budget for paying all company human resources fees such as Iqama renewal, Labor office, recruiting fees, employee's loan and salary in advanced.
