reporting to the VP - Head of Infrastructure and leading a team of 4 resources for management of IT &
Virtual Infrastructure along with System Administration.
• Accountable to lead the team for Policy Implementation, Budget Compliance & Management along with evaluation
of latest technologies In the market including database engineered Systems/Storage/Servers.
• Managing the functions of Vendor Negotiation, deployment of DR site (inclusive of design of same) with real time
data replication with execution procedures and coordination with project teams.
• Responsible for deploying a complete new infrastructure to host the core banking system upgrade as well as latest
Initiated the IT Career with this service provider and reported to the IT Manager as individual contributor for service
support to branches & end users.
• Accountable for auditing client machines, patch management, regular system updates and troubleshooting the
network application issues for resolution of same.
• Responsible for user administration, management & archiving, deployment of Windows/Linux servers as well as
configuration of application servers.
• Involved as a point of technical contact for the developers, Application support and PC support Engineers in a key
role for support activities besides systems administration.
