 Directing all company sales and staff projections and exhibiting a thorough awareness of the trade environment, to ensure increased operational efficiency.
 Recruiting, training, and empowering 280+ staff across 43 locations with 3 Area Managers, including the flagship,
 Standalone and concessions to maximize operational excellence and revenue generation.
 Probing commercial facets to lift top/bottom line, space density, margin, stock liquidation and accuracy.
 Assist in the development and implementation of short- and long-term plans and budgets of the business to optimize the
 Achievement of revenue, growth, and profit targets and evaluate overall operations Sharing key insights on several KPIs with the Brand Head to facilitate executive decision-making.
 Formulating effective performance improvement plans to enhance staff productivity.
 Managing various brand events and impactful social media delivery and promotions
 Working with audit/LP/property/IT to streamline store Opening/closure processes and timelines.
 Lead brands' growth, develop new brands geographically, and expand existing brands in new markets based on a market commercial analysis.
 Maintain awareness of market trends, understand changing customer behaviors, and conduct market analysis to monitor competitors' strategies and plans and suggest contingency plans
