•Review Expense Reports by (1- Arrange the receipts in the order listed on the expense report, 2- Review the receipts to ensure it appears legitimate and not of questionable origin, such as printed from a personal computer. 3- Check for the proper approval by management, if the employee is required to get management approval on the expense report. 4- Inform the employee of any items that are not properly documented or do not fall within company guidelines and Policy. 5- take random invoices and check the value in market.)
