• Responsible and accountable for the complete Infrastructure Projects (Ashghal & Kahramaa), Tendering, Planning & Execution.
• Responsible for the revenue generation of the Heavy Equipments rental.
• Responsible for rental and during rental operations of Heavy Equipments.
• Analysing and Controlling expenditures to budgetary requirements.
• Developing and managing business plan.
• Managing customers and oversee the efforts to develop and activate past customers.

Accountable for ensuring that their teams deliver in accordance with the agreed process flow and associated documentation and effectively managed through to completion.
Ensure that Project Managers are effectively planning the works, working to the agreed Plans and Reporting to the agreed schedule.
Closely work with the functional team Managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration between their respective teams giving specific regard to: estimating, planning and commercial control.
Ensuring that the Company’s commitments are executed in a timely and efficient manner and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Worked extensively with Water Pipeline Projects, Specialized Welding, Pipe Fabrication & Installation, Equipment Erection, Steel Structure Fabrication & Installation, Plant Shutdown Maintenance, and Gas Turbine Maintenance. Recruited all staff and technical employees, consistently evaluated performance, and communicated project status to stakeholders. Participated in tender pricing, negotiations, planning, and coordinating specialized sub-contractors. Oversaw materials procurement and resource allocation while delivering projects within specified deadlines

Served as Manager of the Oryx South operations and reporting directly to the company President. Collaborated with industry executives, effectively negotiated contracts, and assisted with various regional business development initiatives. High profile clients included JGC Corporation (NIKKI) of Japan, Uhde of Germany, Borialis of Norway, PLE of Germany and many others

Worked closely with third party partners and contractors to ensure the successful completion of multiple large-scale projects. Involved in the following projects: Construction & Refurbishment of Sewerage Pumping Stations (Ashghal); NGL Plant, Degassing & Dehydration Stations (QP); Various Maintenance Shutdown Projects (QP, QAFCO); Replacement of Crude Oil Floating Roof Tank QGA-5(QP Tank Farm); Construction of Water Reservoir and related Pumping Station & Chlorinating Facilities (Kahramaa); Workshop Building for Sewage Treatment Plants (Ashgal); Construction of a total of 6 Power Water Injection Stations at Dukhan Area (QP);Building & Installation of Diesel Power Stations at Abu Samra Border (Kahramaa)
