•Provide support for Direct Supervisors for poor performers.
•Interview potential training providers and evaluate them.
•Ensure target and KPIs are aligned with Group strategic goals at all levels.

Employee Relations - Personnel
•Maintain all employees’ records and updates them as necessary.
•Monitor employees’ attendance.
•Prepare business trips for managers.
•Knowledge in NSSF and Tax declaration.

Organizational Development
•Assist in restructuring the HR units and the HR Policies and Procedures.
•Assist in the ERP Implementation - HR Part.
•Reevaluate all job roles via international standards and allocate them in the correct grades.
•Develop various HR policies and procedures.
