Key Responsibilities:

1-Project Management
• Executing the construction projects for new buildings and fit-out works and renovation of existing branches.
• Monitoring and controlling all project management processes from project initiation through to completion.
• Allocate the capital budget of the projects planned per each year and apply adequate cost management to maintain the budget limits.
• Monitor and control the cash flow and budget expenditures assigned for each project.
• Manage project risks while taking the appropriate actions to ensure quick resolution and maintain the project continuity and efficiency.
• Conducting meticulous market research and negotiating the best deals with vendors regarding construction materials and finishing.
• Execute all cost optimization exercises to achieve the optimum project cost without compromising quality.
• Managing design reviews in accordance with stakeholder requirements.
• Liaising effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the project.

2-Real Estate Projects:
• Meeting the financial and growth return brand objectives through performing and studying the return-on-investment analysis.
• Collaborating with extensive developer and broker network to identify premier and quality sites.
• Focusing on understanding the business and key business drivers, matching real estate solutions and strategies, and presenting cost effective
alternatives.
• Partnering with the transaction management delivery team involved in locating prospective space and negotiating leases, while working with
the project management team to deliver cost effective and timely real estate projects for the bank.
• Securing financial approval for projects from the banks senior committees.

3-Significant Contributions:
• Successfully completed critical projects with a direct reporting to the COO and the guidance of the GCEO, including projects that required direct
involvement of the Board members of the Bank.
• Successfully completed the following projects:
o Construction of GSAS 4-Stars 24 stories residential tower of 43, 000 sqm for a value of 310 million Qatari Riyals.
o Fit out of more than 20 Bank branches, for a value around 100 million QAR with high quality standards.
o Fit out works of more than 50, 000 sqm offices and commercial areas, for a value around 50 million Qatari Riyals.
o Construction of warehouses project of 5, 000 sqm for a value of 13 million Qatari Riyals.
• Providing cost effective solution through value engineering exercises without compromising quality, this resulted in reducing the cost around
30% per project.
• Handled the initiation of Lusail Residence project and accomplished the design stage by securing 4-Stars GSAS, in coordination with the COO.

• Directed multi-million QAR construction and fit-out projects, including residential
towers, corporate offices, and over 30+ bank branches.
• Oversaw budgets exceeding QAR 500 million, implementing value engineering strategies
that reduced costs by up to 30% without compromising quality.
• Delivered GSAS-certified projects, including a 24-story Lusail Residence Tower valued at
QAR 310 million.
• Managed the construction of significant office buildings of around QAR 150 million.
• Managed fit-out of more than 50, 000 sqm of office and commercial spaces including

1-Project Management
• Tracking and assessing all project milestones in accordance with planned schedules and work breakdown structures, providing weekly/monthly
reports and collating all progress through documents, plans and photographs
• Coordinating with Design and QS Consultants through all stages (concept design, detailed design, tendering, construction and completion),
with a thorough follow up on contractual deliverables.
• Developing project details and specifications related to the bank’s premises, such as branches design guidelines, standalone ATMs and kiosks
etc.
• Effectively implementing the project management processes from initiation up to the handover of each project.
• Maintain weekly and monthly projects status updates to key stakeholders.
2-Significant Contributions:
• Successfully completed the following projects:
o Significant contribution in the construction of an office building for a value of 65 million Qatari Riyals.
o Fit out of more than 12 Bank branches, for a value around 45 million QAR.
o Fit out of the bank office spaces in different locations of a values around 10 million QAR, well within schedule.
• Handled the initiation of Lusail Tower Headquarters project and accomplished the design stage by securing 4 stars GSAS, in coordination with
the AGM and Head of Corporate Real Estate.
• Made significant contribution to carry out cost reduction exercise of Lusail Tower Headquarters which helped in reducing the cost around 28%.

- Successfully delivered Lusail Residence Tower (QAR 310M) achieving GSAS 4-Star
certification.
- Completed fit-out of 20+ branches (QAR 150M) and 18 office floors (QAR 150M) on time
and within budget.
- Successfully completing the construction of different office buildings and warehouses
amenities of around (QAR 200M).
- Reduced project costs by around (QAR 10M) of the planned budget through strategic
value engineering and inhouse design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisted the project manager in overseeing and assessing the progress of the Architectural projects and coordinated between all disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP and health & safety) to ensure project delivery as per client’s requirements
- Oversaw architectural and landscape designs, including the review of regulatory compliance.
Prepared RFPs by drafting proposal content and specifying scopes of work alongside the Line Manager, as well as prepared monthly progress reports related to planning processes and project correspondence.
- Worked out RFCs required by the Consultant in relation to the project’s scope throughout the tendering process.
- Issued prequalification evaluations of sub-consultants prior to project tendering.
Attended project coordination meetings with project manager, consultant and client representative and resolved design related issues.

- Actively Involved with the regular project progress meetings and design workshops with the consultants to ensure that the Jeddah Waterfront project is progressing as scheduled.

• Coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for large-scale urban projects.
• Prepared RFPs, managed tendering processes, and ensured regulatory compliance.
• Key contributor to the Jeddah Waterfront project (SAR 1.2B), overseeing design
workshops and progress monitoring.

- Worked as a part of the design team, with the responsibility to coordinate the architectural drawings with MEP and Structural design requirements.
