 Monitoring project resources, and procurement strategy, construction methodologies, project progress and budget.
 Monitoring performance of consultants, Main contractor and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
 Preparing packages contract documents and send it to commercial to float tenders and provide contract bids technical evaluations
 Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites
 Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety
 Ensuring consultant submission of drawings to local authorities are in line with project requirement.

 Follow up with the design consultants the design stages, obtaining all the required NOCs from Authorities, DM approval, and building permit
 Preparing the technical evaluation for the Bidding Contractors and Nominated Subcontractors Prior to signing contracts
 Managed the Performance of the Consultant, Contractor & Nominated subcontractors
 Value engineering through design and execution stages.
 checking the IPCs, managing and evaluating variations and claims

 Efficiently handling the M-Tower 3B+G+23+Roof (2 mechanical floors)- Residential Tower at Mankhool Area, Dubai - Contract Value - USD 40Million
 Managed the day-to-day project construction operations; monitored quality and progress of the project
 Preparing the Procurement Strategy
 Following closely the cost & schedule Baseline & implementing corrective actions.

 Managing all the projects and sites construction activities day to day
 Following BBB projects in Dubai, including the follow up with the clients regarding the outstanding payment certificates and the retention monies in addition to sort out amicably the variations and the claims in order to reach a final settlement agreement regarding the projects closeout
 Following closely the cost & schedule Baseline & implementing corrective actions.
 Excellent knowledge for all the MEP systems including installation, testing & commissioning, Dewa & EHS regulations, BCC procedures and requirement.
 Following the close out of the DLP period to reach a project closeout.
 Following the arbitration case which is related to Jumeirah park villa Project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Working as a construction manager on Package 5-5a of the Jumeirah Park Villas Project (contract value approx. US$205million). The project involved construction and fit out works on 356 units of 3 Bedroom Villas.
Responsibility but not limited to:
 All reinforced concrete and structural steelwork erection coordination
 Manage the day to day project construction
 Monitoring the quality and the progress of the project
 Coordination of all trade contractor activities including Mechanical, Electrical and Fit out works
 Liaison with consultants, contractors and surveyors
 Temporary works coordination including scaffolding and machinery

Working as a construction manager on Au & Ag Towers of Jumeirah Lake Towers (contract value approx. US$110million). The project involved construction and fit out works on twin 37 storey commercial buildings with basement and ground floors. I start to work in the mentioned project as a project engineer and after six month I was promoted to be the construction manager
Responsibility additional to above;
 Coordination of all trade activities to the plant room and roof level of the tower
 Temporary works coordination including scaffolding, tower care erection and dismantling
 Vertical transportation coordination during the construction phase

SITE ENGINEER
Working as a site engineer on SHORELINE APPARTMENT Package 1 & 3 of Palm Jumeirah project (contract value approx.US$160 million).the project consists of 10 residential buildings with 5 clubhouses, I was involved in the construction of two residential buildings 9 storey each (Area per floor=2300m2) with 2 basements and penthouses and a club house. My role included field supervision on structural works & finishing works such as Block works, waterproofing, internal and external plastering, ceramic and marble tiles, internal and external paint, GRC ect.

Working with Yunis Engineering at Akram Yunis Office in Chehim, Lebanon. In addition to performing site inspection and supervision, a large portion of my work relates to design coordination and follow up with clients. In addition to the main specialty of the company which is housing infrastructure a significant part of the projects, related to road works.
