Major Achievements included following:

1. Acted as Team Leader, supervising a team of Credit Consultants/Analysts, and reported to the Division Manager. Responsibilities included managing a credit portfolio of SAR 3 Billion, presenting weekly/monthly loan proposals/reviews to the Loan Committee/Management Committee/Board, pre-screen loan proposals for their suitability or otherwise, before registering them as applications, and reviewing various submissions for approvals.
2. Independently appraised, prepared and presented/recommended 50 Project Evaluation Reports for an aggregate loan amount (incl. working capital) of SAR 2.5 Billion, (with zero rejection rate), to the Management/Board. Evaluation included detailed analysis of past & forecast financial statements, verification of various costs & prices in coordination with technical & marketing teams, sensitivity analysis and risk management. Managed, supervised & enhanced quality & number of projects, with fullest satisfaction to all the stakeholders.
3. Increased credit utilization from 50% to 95% within the original draw down period of the loan. Simultaneously, also ensured 100% repayment of loan installments & follow up fees by their respective due dates.
4. Independently reviewed Cost Audit Reports of Cost Claims and arranged clearances of difficult exceptions in shortest possible time, for disbursements, thus helping the customer utilize the loan to the maximum/fullest level. Recommended reduction in commitments, wherever necessary, to enable due closure of disbursement file.
5. Proactively updated the management on a few problem cases in time, by recommending suitable actions like rollover/rescheduling/restructuring/funding or legal action, to avoid defaults &/or to ensure continuity of projects.

Increased the turnover by the CAGR of 10% during the period. Offered tailor-made fund & non-fund based credit products on working capital, trade finance & term finance in a proactive manner.
Cross-sold various wealth management products to the clients, and contributed to the bottom line & market share of the Bank.
Effectively utilized credit & business skills to structure & appraise single credit proposal up to USD 5 Mio in line with internal & regulatory policies. Controlled flow of credit & managed repayments to avoid liquidity mismatch.
