 Maintain proper documentation of property patrols.
 Handle complaints, settles disputes, and resolves grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
 Implement action plans to monitor and control risk.
 Report any procedure violations to the appropriate management.
 Strive to improve service performance.
