• Planning project activities viz. scoping, estimation, tracking, change management, delivery management & post implementation support; implementing project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines.

Manage complete life cycles of the projects (internal & external) in coordination with business users, development team and vendors.
• Vendor management - Coordinate with the external vendors for evaluation of their proposals, finalization of the scope and deliverables, their respective service contracts, management of escalations, maintaining and monitoring the SLAs. Experience in managing multiple vendors / suppliers if necessary.
• Planning and budgeting - Assist the head of Information technology in IT planning & budgeting.
• Maintenance of deployed applications - Day-to-day administration of production environment with the help of Operation team members, which includes hardware and software components. Ensure problems are dealt with quickly, identify root cause, and escalate to Management.
• New product and technology evaluation - Actively contribute towards evaluating new technologies / products/ vendors as per the requirements
• Implementation of new technologies - Ensure support & deployment of new technology/projects in line with the business needs, ensuring smooth operations and high availability of the IT infrastructure with minimum downtime.
