• Responsible in preparing and maintaining site diaries on daily basis at the site.
• Carry-out regular site inspection for all architectural works for specification and approved drawing compliance.
• Review, approve and process all architectural technical submittals.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all architectural activities and operations.
• Review architectural change order proposals and prepare recommendations for PM review.
• Liaison with the necessary sub consultants.
• Inspect materials/equipment deliveries as against the approved samples and brochures to ensure that only approved materials and equipment are delivered and installed.
• Signing off on completed architectural works with completed documentation.
• Review and monitor the procedures, practices and progress on site.
• Review and monitor shop drawings, materials and method statements.
• Represent the company at client, supplier and contractors’ meetings.
• Check and coordinate technical submittals to include materials samples submission, shop drawings, as-built drawings, etc.
• Ensure the project are complying with and properly implementing site safety, health and security requirements and accomplishing all activities safely and timely.
