Having experience in Plan execution of works on Instrumentation activities such as installation of instrument junction boxes, conduits, layout/ installation of cable trays, cable pulling-primary & secondary termination of cables and loop continuity and loop checking. Work includes installation of heat tracing, impulse tubing, instrument stanchions, air lines and conducting leak testing.
Coordinates with engineer about work priorities, study plans and drawings. Prepare materials, equipments and tools needed for the specific activities.
Distribute manpower and monitor daily accomplishment for daily activity report. Also having hands on experience in calibration, testing, commissioning, start up activities and maintenance the field instruments.
 Inspection, servicing and maintenance of Fire and Gas Detection systems to include Toxic and Flammable gases, Heat, Smoke, UV & IR detection. Function testing and repair of Suppression systems to include Deluge, Sprinkler, Foam and CO2 to ensure they meet set performance standards.
 Testing, calibration and troubleshooting of Open Path Detectors and Point type like GENERAL MONITOR -, SIEGER, ZELL WEGER Analytics, DIGI-CAT Combustible Gas Transmitter and MSA - Hydro carbon, Hydrogen, Hydrogen di supplied, sulphur di oxide and chlorine Gas
 Bypassing & Normalization of Trip signals, Input / Output signals in FSC system and
 I have also offshore experience and having good experience in live plant.
 Everyday safety briefing tool box talk regarding the job activities and hazardous location of H2S.
 Various fire alarm systems like Smoke detection, Linear heat and Gas detection systems, Fire suppression and extinguishing agent / sprinklers & water spray systems
 Able to read and interpret technical drawings such as Cause and Effects and P & ID’s, specifications, vendor data and technical data sheets.
 Carrying out planned maintenance routines to set schedules, completing detailed work records for input into the platform maintenance management system to ensure compliance with the platform performance standards regarding safety critical elements.
 Fire and Gas detection system of Oil (Refinery) and Gas plants. Exposure includes Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of complete fire and gas detection instruments like
 Various types of UV/ IR detectors, Companies systems, panels and equipments like General monitor, Dragger, Sieger, Zell wager.
 Cabling, Logical functions, PLCs and drawings.
 Installation, testing and maintenance of fire and gas systems and protection systems in through the plant area and Control rooms, Substations, Instrument equipment shelters, office buildings.
 Testing and trouble shooting of MX addressable Fire Alarm panel in process area and Building.
 detectors in the various location in throughout plant.
