Areas, Café & Offices. It’s a branch of Nowy Styl Group from Poland who are the 3rd largest
furniture manufacturer from Europe. They are the market leaders in designing and producing
Furniture Solutions in various segments like Hotels, Cafes, Offices, Auditorium’s and
Stadium’s. Manufacturing facilities all across Europe and also acquired several international
brands like Kush+Co, Sitag World, Rodhe & Grahl and many more to the portfolio. I am
working in the organization since mid of Sept 2015.
Nature of Job
My role as Divisional Sales Manager; targeting Stake Holders, Client Representatives, Hotel
Operators aiming to close the interiors of the project like guest rooms, public areas and BOH.
I work from Dubai Office. Apart from this we also work closely with A&D and Procurement
firms for tenders and projects. We also aim and work Projects from Global Key Accounts,
Banking, Educational Sector, Health Care, Hospitality Industry etc.; Forecasting yearly target
and quarterly targets to ensure that the targets are achieved. Handling customer enquiries
and complaints, ensure that work has been completed in time, Conduct market research of the
new design trends as well as competitions. Co-ordinating with other offices and installers to
ensure that business deals and installations are duly met. Co-ordinating with the accounts
department for collection details. Manage executives and make sure that they achieve their
targets. Training and motivating the team members and equip them to meet the challenges of
the market.

Key Performance Areas:
Business Development
•Developing & executing effective marketing plans designed to assure achievement of agreed-to volume, market share and profit objectives.
•Implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, implementing internal systems, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
Sales & Marketing
•Exploring potential business avenues, managing setting up of marketing systems, models of projects; sales operations for wide range of products.
•Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
Operations Management
•Giving presentations & demonstrations to the prospective clients; handling pre-tender and post tender activities and various techno-commercial functions for securing projects.
•Networking with the project team to ensure effective delivery of project solution keeping in consideration the pre-discussed budgeted parameters.
•Providing technical guidance to the team; guiding them on incorporation of solutions; thus resolving performance bottlenecks.
Dealer Management
•Expanding dealer network by identifying potential dealers which fit into business environment.
•Managing dealers by way of technical training on products; facilitating in market penetration.
Client Relationship Management
•Identifying & networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
•Supervise implementation of solutions, hardware at clients’ end.
•Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing pre/post technical assistance; achieving delivery & quality norms.
•Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
