 * Responsible for maintaining appropriate business records databases so that they are readily available to the Bank departments or entities.

The aim of the Documentum project within the BRC Algiers office was to develop and implement a Document Management System. Once implemented, this system enabled the coordination of changes and availability of projects business-critical documents on a company wide basis and provided automated control of documents through their lifecycles - from initial creation to final archiving.
Direct the development of the solution and rollout of the validated new systems and complete the customization/ configuration of the system.

Lead Document Controller - from June 2000 to 2004

 Supervise a staff of Senior Document Controllers and Document Controllers in executing all documentation processes on the hospitals projects.
 Interfaces, defines and directs with project engineering, material control, scheduling, expediting, and the client the documentation works,
 Implements established documentation procedures.
 Perform all documentation functions within the projects, including interdisciplinary design check, office check for supplier approval drawings, technical data, and certified supplier documents.
 Implements and maintains the project document control system (DMS).
 Train and supervise lower level Document Controller.
