Worked as a food and beverage captain .My duties and responsibilities include Supervise the operations of food and beverage service department in various outlet. Lead the f &b outlet and taking charge and lead the outlet in the absence of managers and senior supervisors .Experienced various levels of duty within the department like in room dining order taker, room service minibar attendant, as a barista in coffee shops, restaurant order taker, server, dining session head restaurant reservation agent etc.
