• Managing and practice all the daily financing duties, Journal voucher for all transactions.
• Prepare monthly banks accounts reconciliation.
• Posting all Journal Entries while managing Payable and Receivable with weekly report reflect the cash inflows with cash outflows and share in the monthly cash flow report.
• Reconciling accounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as needed.
• Review the administration issues, HR settlements, like Annual Vacation benefits, Service benefits, termination, overtime etc. as per Saudi labor law.
• Physically Stock Audits and maintaining up-to-date accounting records, item movements, goods in transit according L/C product status as per the inventory valuing.
• Hand on experience in foreign purchase handling huge volume of containers including Saudi customs rules, policies and preparation of L/C.
• Prepare all payments Checks, Transfers, and approve it based on the internal policy and
Check Purchases Orders Terms with our foreign suppliers such as payment terms & shipping method.
• Preparation and filling of financial reporting documents required by the Articles of Association, governance and regulatory authorities, including responsibilities for legal compliance of the financial systems and reporting.
• Share organizations' revenue and expenses plan and set budgets, report and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Preparing work papers and supporting schedules for the annual audit.
• Prepare debit and credit notes for Affiliates.
• Strong experience in procurement role, monitoring for opened purchase orders that based on Bill of Quantity .
• Strong knowledge in all electric, drainage and sewerage , water supply items and accessories .
• Food cost preparation with excellent supervision and control for the income statement items included the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), with proper monitoring for the Selling, general, and administrative expenses which affected the Operating income and provide solutions to reduce the cost.
• Cash flow adjustment which assess the ability of the company to generate positive future cash flows and meet obligations as they come due.
