-Responsible for Participating in all plans setting
-Responsible for following up on Dr. Schutz Marketing plan and managing calendar deadlines.
-Follow up on daily basis with advertising agencies on the preparation and delivery of marketing materials.
-Assure printed materials are of the required quality and work on their preparation with the production houses.
-Conducting Marketing Research to gather needed information for plan setting.
-Prepare weekly reports on marketing tasks updates
-Monitor new market trends through continuous online research.
-Responsible for directing (Trade Marketing Coordinator) on the stores visits schedule and evaluation criteria.
-Managing all marketing channels needed materials (Online and Offline) Prepare Calendars to follow up on Dr. -Schutz and Parador marketing tasks.
-Manage marketing for our partners (DISTRBUTORS)
-Check for new Marketing Channels opportunities and manage proposals.
-Responsible for Participating in all plans setting

-Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
-Prepare documentation
-Prepare needed financial and operational reports
-Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
-Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate -Set up Enters data about new hires prints all documentation for the employee and the personnel files
-Communicates with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of employees
