•Administering and maintaining Electrolux multi-vendor network and Data Centers “Cisco & Juniper & Hp” on 24/7 basis.
•Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for the company users.
•Monitor all WAN connections (Internet, Leased lines and Microwave) and check consumed BW.
•Document Network topology, configurations and update them accordingly to changes.
•Daily hands on Juniper J2320, J6350 routers, EX 4200 core switches.
•Daily hands on Cisco 800, 1800, 1900, 2900 routers, 2960, 3650 switches.
•Daily hands on HP procurve 2510, 2520, 2610, 2620, 3500 switches.
•Daily hands on Juniper SSL VPN SA-2500, MAG-4600.
•Daily hands on (FortiGate 60E, WatchGuard XTM510 and PfSense) WAFs.
•Daily hands on Cisco 2500& HP MSM720 Wireless LAN Controller (WLC).
•Acts as 1st line support for Juniper SRX550 and Bluecoat ProxySG 810.
•Managing DHCP Service through Cisco/Juniper routers & Microsoft Cluster.
•Good knowledge in VMware/Hyper-V environment.
•Infrastructure consultant to industrial projects.
•Installing and Maintaining Network Infrastructure and support network components.
•Provide 1st level technical support for the company users.
•Hands on many vendors routers & switches(Cisco 800, 2800, 2900, Juniper Ex-4200, Hp procurve 2520) .
•Hands on wireless solutions( Ubnt nanostations, Cisco, D-link).
•Good knowledge in installing/configuring windows XP, Vista, 7, win server 2008, win server 2012.
•Provides on-site and remote support to users' in relation with networking, operating systems.
•Make sure the provided services are restored within the signed SLA with the user.
•Follow-up trouble tickets to ensure it is resolved or delivered to the proper team.
•Good knowledge of using Maximo asset management (IBM) &Microsoft Service Manager.
•ADSL Technical support Knowledge
•Monitor the global problems that are related service faults.
•Perform first level service and fault restoration.
•Perform troubleshooting with the end user and creation of trouble tickets accordingly.
•provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives, and service excellence guidelines.
•Escalate problems to second level when necessary in accordance with work producers.
•Hand over all Trouble Tickets and important outage to the next shift properly to assure the Trouble Tickets are followed up by the next shift.
•Provide a professional technical point of contact for customers.
