As part of software development team providing SharePoint development and admin services. I am working on
SharePoint and Dot Net modules and admin tasks either SharePoint on-premises or SharePoint online.

My contributions included:

1) Started Work on Power Bi dashboard report for Medic Bank Request Tracker application for HR department
based on their data from SharePoint lists.

2) Worked on application Medic Bank Request Tracker from requirement gathering to setting up subsite and
normalized lists and linked up lists, Mapped out security SharePoint groups for different user groups, used
Power Automate to configure roles/permission to groups by using SharePoint stack (Power Automate and
Power BI).

3) Worked on Power Bi dashboards for North West Peri-Prosthetic Joint infection Register application for
different hospitals based on their data and cumulative dashboard, Resolved Power Bi issues setting up
workspace for development team and configured schedule data source update at early morning.

4) Worked on application North West Peri-Prosthetic Joint infection Register from requirement gathering to
setting up subsite and normalized list and linked up lists, Mapped out security SharePoint groups for
different user groups, used Power automate to configure roles/permission to groups by using SharePoint
stack (Power Automate and Power BI) for greater Liverpool region hospitals.

As part of transition between WSP | Parson Brinckerhoff and Qatar Rail as client, I have joined Qatar Rail IT
department Application team. During this assignment I have worked on new modules development and support
existing applications for Project Management Office (PMO) and other departments using SharePoint 2010 as a
collaboration platform.

My contributions included:

1. As a lead developer, develop modules and tested Customer Registration Portal application code black box &
white box and reviewed code and prepared Test Cases and Code Review Report for portal developed by
vendor.

2. Developed middleware web service which will provide integration between SharePoint/ intranet/ ERP/
portal/third party applications and Kony based crossed-platform MyQrail internet applications.

3. As a technical lead tested Retail application code black box & white box and reviewed code and prepared
Test Cases and Code Review Report for Qatar Rail Retail application developed by vendor.

4. Provided technical support to different departments business users by preparing user manuals and
conducting training sessions for developed modules.

5. Lead and documented SharePoint 2010 - 2013 migration steps and process on Dev, Staging, and at last
on prod environments, which involve SharePoint content migration, branding revamp and Nintex upgrade
from 2010 to 2013 for business workflows related applications.

6. Involved with IT operation team meetings for SharePoint 2013 Farm sizing and topology.

7. Worked on QRDP Reporting Management System (RMS) for PMO department in which data will be
collected from contractor and PMO department.

8. Worked on Reporting part of Health & Safety Reporting System (HSRS) for QHSEC department which
include A3 SSRS Reports for higher management and high level and drill down chart and reports for
detailed analysis for different Metro packages, Lusail Light Rail and Long Distance and Freight.

9. Actively participated and worked on planning of sizing, installation and configuration of SharePoint 2013 and
Nintex 2013 software and hardware.

During this assignment I have provided development services for Qatar Rail Company, Doha, Qatar on behalf of Parsons Brinckerhoff formally WSP which is providing Project Management Office (PMO) services for Qatar Rail. The goal of this project is to create a Project Management Information System (PMiS) using SharePoint 2010 as a collaboration platform.
Project Management Information System (PMIS):
PMiS is an intranet SharePoint 2010 based platform containing dashboards, reports, and packages sub sites for senior directors and CEOs of Qatar Rail to help them monitor the whole program using data from different sources on a single screen with ability to drill down.
These dashboard show data from various functional areas like monitoring schedule of the program, critical risks, changes requested and health and safety data.
My contributions included:
1.
Led delivery of Environment and Sustainability module for QHSEC department by creating module lists, security groups by using visual studio feature and SharePoint Software factory (SPSF) SharePoint tools. Worked on XSLT to customize New and Edit List forms.
2.
Led a team of 2 during activity for Change Request of Qatar Rail Metro phase 1 Stations name changes as Team Lead, Identified and prepared list of activities to be performed, heald meeting with different stakeholders and development team for pros and cons of Stations name CR, assigned activities to different team members, Prepared checklist for activities to be performed on Staging and production environment.

Worked on SSRS reports for Quality module for QHSEC department.
4.
Assisted and Prepared technical review and executed testing agenda in updating Change Request Management module workflows to streamline change request business process for PMO change team by using Nintex workflow 2010.
5.
Worked extensively on Excel file Reading, Writing and Creation by using NPOI, , by using which we are collecting data from different contractors by sending them weekly templates and uploading filled data and generating reports.
6.
Extensively worked Risk Management which involves integration with 3rd party Active Risk Manager (ARM), on Risk Summary, Top Risk, Heat Map and Risk Breakdown Structure dashboards and graphs by integrating with a third party Risk Management System.
7.
Involved in visualization, design, and creation of workflows for creation of monthly construction progress photosets, creation of Historical monthly construction progress photosets for last one year and approval workflow by extensive use of Nintex Workflow 2010.

During this assignment I had provided development services, and working on different projects, providing technical support services for internal and external users by using ASP.NET 3.5, C#, CSS, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010, SQL Server 2008 R2, Nintex Workflow 2010.
