Verify system architecture requirement needs against vendor proposal design.
 Verify business user needs against business requirement analysis documents.
 Prepare formal/verbal reports on timely/As-needed basis for issue logs related to vendor ECM implementation for ECM project manager.
 Provide timely /As- needed reports to consultant project lead on key issues related to implementation of ECM modules.
 Hold awareness sessions to business users on process automation and provide expectation management of ECM delivery and capabilities ensuring business acceptance criteria is well defined and are met at end of each project milestone.
 Attend UAT sessions with business users and report issues related to user acceptance testing scenarios and provide guidance as needed to verify business process performance and reliability of the process being tested.
 Make sure any integration requirements are scoped and facilitated throughout the analysis-design-implementation phases of the process.
 Ensure backlog scanning is done in accordance to user requirements and the highest standards of implementation are taken into consideration prior scanning and were taken in consideration after backlog imaging is complete for each of nominated departments.

Plan and manage the delivery of business systems solutions within time, budget and quality standards.
Work closely with the functional business groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions into diagram form to discuss with business/non technical people.
Identify issues and risks and find solutions.

-Reviewing and analyzing business user requirements.

-Model processes and conduct process workshops.
-Provide administrative support in organizing workshops and coordinate processes activities.
-Preparing test scenarios for the software.

-Participate in recommendation and design of new systems required by the business.
-Manage completely or partially the implementation of these new systems.

-Develop applications using VB .net and SQL server 2000.

-Performing 1st & 2nd line of support for VAS Nodes(Voicemail, IVRsand Wap ). Administration & Maintenance 24*7.
-Provide trouble shooting and problem analysis in critical situations for VAS GSM nodes.
-Perform housekeeping and system monitoring to prevent problem before its occurrence.
-Enhance or create applications to facilitate the assigned tasks (e.g. applications to monitor nodes failure or process failure)
-Solve individual or Global Customers Complains.
-Participate in VAS systems upgrade.
-Develop work-around & temporary solutions for systems problems.
