Perform detailed engineering for two oil & gas platforms with all the facilities/utilities and two subsea
pipelines then review and approve engineering documents i.e., drawings, specifications, and requisitions.
• Oversee and lead the mechanical and piping discipline teams in PDP, FEED, and design phases of EPCI
project between Egypt and Malaysia with engineering firm (2H offshore).
• Assign and oversee design, detail, BOMs, and design reviews for checking all aspects of the mechanical
design package.
• Assist with preconstruction, construction, and postconstruction activities, including bid walks,
preconstruction walks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, and construction closeout.
• Perform FAT and SAT for all the purchased equipment.
• Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up for the platforms offshore.
• Perform predictive & corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment onshore & offshore (4 air
compressors, 30 pumps, 2 gas compressors, 6 chemical pumps, 2 gas generators, 8 diesel generators).
• Operation and maintenance for wellhead control hydraulic and pneumatic panels.
• Supervise any contractor work in rehabilitation, overhauls, and welding.
• Construction, pre-commissioning, and starting up for mechanical projects.
