• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.
• Create and follow all high-profile visit regarding VIP (CEO, SVPO, SVPT, SVPA)
Chopper booking with coordinate VIP arrangement.
• Handling daily chopper booking for offshore stuff.

• Provide all information through ERP SAP system regarding onshore rigs.
• Handling all emergency cases, inform all stuff involved by SMS & Email.
• Check all connectivity at daily basis with all offshore rigs through VHF & SSB Radio.

• Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence.
• Faxing printing photocopy, filing scanning.
• Organizing business travel track, and accommodation for managers.
• Monitoring inventory& stationary, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
• Updating & maintain the holiday, absence and training records of staff.

• Hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Install / support and troubleshoot server and PC hardware components and peripherals.
• OS repairs, spy ware and virus removal.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software / hardware and software licenses.
• End users support on a variety of IT issues.
• Research, and resolve technical problems.
• Document resolutions for future reference.
• Respond telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
